How We Report
Typically, an engineer will arrive at your premises at a pre-arranged date and time (24 hours a day, weekdays, weekends, nights, and Bank Holidays).
All our testing machines are calibrated and have the relevant certificates of validation. Our engineers and qualified PAT Testers will work with you systematically throughout your work environment/property, performing a proper visual inspection of all leads and appliances and then testing each portable device. All leads to establishing if they are electrically safe to use.
Our PAT Testing Service
We follow your specific guidelines, and if computers, servers, and POS hardware need to be running continuously, we will conduct a thorough visual inspection to avoid unnecessary power outages of vital equipment. Our engineers are all trained and experienced Portable Appliance Testers. Upon completing the PAT test, a report will be emailed in EXCEL format and gives a clear breakdown of all test results. All appliances tested and inspected are identified by ID numbers, by the department and confirming their PASS or FAIL status.

Where Can We PAT Test?
PAT Testing Certificate
We always issue a certificate for your records and discuss an agreed next due test date with you. Of course, this can vary according to the nature of the environment and types of appliances, frequency of usage, electrical risk etc. Still, we are very knowledgeable and will work closely with you to maintain full compliance following H&S guidelines.
PAT Testing Regulations
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require that any electrical equipment that has the potential to cause injury is maintained in a safe condition, and The Health & Safety Work Act (1974) places such an obligation in the following circumstances:
- Where employees use appliances.
- The public may use appliances in establishments such as hospitals, schools, colleges, hotels, shops etc.
- Where appliances are supplied or hired.
The level of inspection and testing required depends on the risk of the appliance becoming faulty, which relies on the type of appliance, the nature of its use, and the environment in which it is used.

We Aim To Give Back And Help Our Communities
We have chosen to support the following charities because of their supreme efforts in providing essential care, protection and welfare for children. As a company, we will actively promote these charities through our communications and day to day business conduct.
There are so many wonderful and needy causes – children are the foundation for humanity to survive, prosper, care for, and protect the environment and through being loved and guided, they will help steer our world to a better place.
We are also determined to ensure we help charities that look after and care for our wildlife. With such a diverse array of animals on our planet, we would love for future generations to be able to enjoy them.
